Our team travels down to the Leduc Food Processing and Development Centre (FPDC) to prepare our satay, well before it hits the truck! This is where we put the sizzle on the stick.  The facility is CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified so our satay is made to the highest standards.
